Known for its resident ghosts, particularly those in the library’s basement, the Rockingham building has long held a reputation for paranormal activity. However, the recent occurrence took a unique turn as the motion detectors inside the restaurant registered a disturbance that was captured on an exterior camera. According to the Library Restaurant, this unusual event transpired for the first time.
“Last night, for the very first time, our motion detector alarms INSIDE the building were set off by this camera motion caught on video in the dead of night outside the window. The motion detectors inside cannot see what the camera outside sees!” read the post.
